- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give zero stars I would! During my appointment with Linda she said that the program kept asking her for information that I "didn't need to provide" so she "fixed it" almost a month later expecting my return and what do I get??!!! A letter from the IRS asking for the information I supposedly didn't NEED to provide!!! What takes the cake is I gave her the form that they are asking for and see a copy of half of it attached to my return on JH website!!! Almost $400 and she half did my taxes!!! Never again will I use this company!! Going back to TurboTax!!!!!By ciara webb, December 26, 2017
